The True STA2RRI-2S is a roll-in refrigerator from the True Spec Series designed to store ingredients, dishes, and beverages at an optimum temperature. With 48 cu. ft. capacity, this refrigerator is ideal for most foodservice establishments with high traffic. The unit has (2) self-closing doors that stay open up to 120° for easy loading and unloading of stock. The standard bolt door locks ensure safety of food, especially during non-operative hours. A safety-shielded incandescent light inside the sections allows maximum visibility in dim environment. The doors include (2) loading ramps that can withstand heavy-load for user convenience.
This commercial refrigerator features a capillary tube system that uses CFC-free R134A refrigerant to circulate uniformly distributed cold air throughout the cabinet. This top-mounted refrigeration system increases the storage capacity. An oversized evaporator uses 1/2 HP compressor and large condenser to maintain the temperature between 33°F and 38°F. The external digital display is available in Celsius and Fahrenheit readings.
The exterior of this roll-in refrigerator is made of stainless steel for durability and reliability. The interior is made of aluminum with stainless steel ceiling and floor for easy cleaning and maintenance. The entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with Ecomate insulation for cold air retention and structural strength.
This refrigerator is pre-wired at factory and includes a cord and plug set for installation. It requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection for use. The interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from possible damage by roll-in carts. The unit can be used with roll-in rack (including casters) measuring up to 27″Wx29″Dx66″H.
