The Bakers Pride® Y-800BL is the largest single-deck model in the Y-BL Superdeck Series, built for high-volume pizza and bakery production that demands maximum capacity and authentic brick-lined performance.

This model features a 7.5″ (191 mm) deck height, a 66″ × 44″ Lightstone fibrament deck with a Cordierite brick-lined ceiling, and delivers a powerful 120,000 BTUH output. The combination of a brick-lined ceiling and fibrament deck provides superior heat retention, fast recovery, and consistent, crispy crustsideal for traditional pizza baking at scale.

With its fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and full insulation, the Y-800BL is engineered for long-lasting durability and efficiency. Independent top and bottom dampers allow precise temperature control, while spring-balanced insulated doors and heavy-duty slide-out flame diverters ensure ease of operation.
