This 7-1/8 in. diameter air deflector plate allows you to prepare even the most delicate of baked goods without worrying about burning them. This product prevents hot air from blowing directly on your baked goods so that the oven is more evenly heated and is designed to be placed on each of the fans used by the XAFT & new model XAF ovens.
