The True TD-36-12-HC bottle cooler features an oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system, maintaining precise temperature levels between 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Employing forced-air cooling, the unit strategically directs airflow to cool the top, most accessible bottles first. To mitigate corrosion and streamline maintenance, the evaporator is coated with epoxy. The electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure a consistent air volume, reducing heat production and conserving energy.
Enhancing the unit’s lifespan and ensuring accurate product temperatures, the fan motor undergoes a 20-second reversal upon startup, effectively clearing dirt and dust from the condensing coil. While routine preventative maintenance is still advised, this feature significantly contributes to reduced energy consumption and smooth operational efficiency.
The exterior of the True TD-36-12-HC comprises black powder-coated, cold-rolled steel on the front, sides, and back, complemented by a stainless steel countertop and lids. The interior is crafted from heavy-duty galvanized steel. The entire cabinet structure is fortified with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane insulation, reinforced by a black powder-coated steel frame rail, ensuring stability. Accommodating 11 cases of 12-ounce bottles or 14.5 cases of 12-ounce cans, the interior features two PVC-coated dividers, optimizing storage space and organization.
