Color-coding makes changeout of blade assemblies fast and easy with less risk of mismatching that can damage blades or block. A 4-1/4″ square cutting area allows for chopping of large produce with minimal pre-cutting, saving time and product waste. The stainless steel blade and aluminum construction allow this blade assembly to perform in a commercial kitchen.
