Quickly fry perfect batches with the Globe PF32E electric countertop fryer! With 32 lbs. of oil capacity, the fryer is great for medium operations. The countertop fryer features durable stainless steel construction to ensure long lasting durability and easy cleaning. The high temperature thermal limit control keeps operators safe during operation with temperatures between 70°F – 375°F. Two nickel-plated fry baskets feature cool-to-touch insulated handles to help with easy handling and the baskets can quickly drain grease on the built-in basket nesting hooks.
The Globe PF32E fryer perfectly fries up to 50 lbs. of fries an hour. With only 7-10 minutes for initial oil warm up and about 5 minutes for oil recovery after each batch, the countertop fryer makes it easy to provide fresh fries, onion rings, and more as soon as they are ordered. The fryer stands on 3-1/2″ stainless steel adjustable feet for stability and features an easy to remove and clean control box and swing up elements to keep the fryer running perfectly.
