The True T-19F-HC one-section reach-in freezer is equipped with three PVC-coated wire shelves, designed to resist corrosion and promote efficient air circulation around stored items. Operators have the flexibility to adjust the shelves to accommodate various products. Enhanced visibility within the cabinet is facilitated by LED lighting, ensuring users can easily locate items.
The interior of the True T-19F-HC features an aluminum liner to prevent rust, and the stainless steel floor with crevice-free coved corners allows for easy cleaning with a simple swipe. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system runs in the coolest area of the kitchen, maintaining an internal temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, displayed on an external screen. It’s important to note that the bottom-mounted design may not be ideal for bakeries with significant flour usage, as particles on the floor could be drawn into the unit.
The condensing fan motor operates in reverse mode for 20 seconds upon startup, effectively removing dirt, debris, and dust from the condenser coil. Regular cleaning of this integral component ensures reliable and efficient system operation, contributing to reduced energy consumption and maintaining consistent storage temperatures. While the reversing motor extends the unit’s lifespan, it is essential to continue with routine preventative maintenance for optimal performance of the True T-19F-HC reach-in freezer.
