This insulated holding cabinet features a clear Lexan door so you can monitor the food product, and it comes with easy-to-use controls and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The holding cabinet has casters for mobility, and corner bumpers protect walls from damage. The 120V holding cabinet has nine heat settings for versatile use.
This heated holding cabinet does not have proofing functionality.
