It comes with 24 1/6 size polycarbonate food pans, and it can also accommodate 6″ deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The 8 7/8″ deep polyethylene cutting board stretches the length of the refrigerator, providing ample space for food preparation.

Maintaining temperatures between 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit is made possible by the bottom-mounted 1/3 hp compressor, which operates on environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant with low Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Global Warming Potential (GWP). The unit’s cabinet is well-insulated with high-density polyurethane insulation, and it features a durable stainless steel construction with an aluminum back and aluminum-lined interior.

The interior includes four adjustable shelves made of heavy-duty PVC-coated wire for organized refrigerated storage.
