With high-density polyurethane insulation, the cabinet effectively retains cold air, reducing energy consumption. It utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the temperature can be easily adjusted between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit using digital controls.
This salad prep table operates with a cold bunker system that ensures efficient air circulation throughout the cabinet. Notably, when one of the doors is opened, the fan automatically shuts off to prevent temperature loss. Inside the table, you’ll find two shelves, offering ample storage space within the unit’s 12 cubic feet of interior capacity, divided into two sections. The top of the prep table accommodates 12 food pans, while a convenient cutting board provides space for food preparation.
