You can add the versatile electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit to any counter-top self-serve area with a sneeze guard and an overhead light, or you can use it at a prep table for plating hot foods. It’s a way to bring Halo Heat’s protectiveness to your dining experience without adding a large piece of equipment. The stainless steel unit is 4-3/8 inch deep and contains one 12 inch x 20 inch full size pan and one 12 inch x 6 inch one-third size pan. Two pan divided bars are added for your convenience. The pans aren’t included. It’s also thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10 and a heat indicator light. The control is attached to the well by a 36 inch water tight tether. Since no water is added to the well, there’s not a need fro a drain, and steam burns are prevented. You’re spared the hassle of lime and scale build-up as well.
