Serving several meals at a particular meal time presents the daunting challenge of making sure they’re all hot when they arrive. Hot Holding Banquet Carts are the piece of equipment built for this job. This model has a 128 plate capacity, so an entire floor of patients, and maybe two, can be served with one cart. It can hold stacked, covered plates, covered or uncovered plate carriers, and trays for banquet service. Four chrome plated wire shelves come standard with this cart, and additional shelves, for either full or half size pans, are optional. This cart may appear to be a stainless steel beast, but it’s really quite manageable, with two transport handles on both ends of the cart. There’s a bumper encircling the bottom of the cart, to protect you from collisions with walls. There are also four casters, two rigid and two swivel casters with locking brakes. There’s an ON/OFF switch on the cabinet. Thermostatically controlled, it has a temperature range of 60 to 200 F, which can be set and adjusted with the up-and-down arrows on the cart. The Dutch door comes with a right-hand swing, but you can opt for a left hand swing. You’ll need to specify your preferred voltage. (120v, 208-240v, 230v)Specifications
