Built with a single aluminized steel baking chamber and equipped with a removable Cordierite hearth deck, the P24S ensures consistent heat distribution and authentic baking results for pizzas, flatbreads, pretzels, and more.
With a temperature range of 140°F to 550°F (60°C to 288°C), this oven accommodates both low-temperature warming and high-temperature baking. Its independently controlled Incoloy heating elements on the top and bottom provide precise control, while a 15-minute mechanical timer with a continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off ensures accurate bake cycles.
The P24S is engineered for durability, featuring a stainless steel exterior that resists rust, corrosion, and scratches, along with a fully insulated body that preserves heat and improves energy efficiency.
