The single deck pizza oven is made with a full welded, heavy duty angled iron frame and stainless steel exterior to withstand years of abuse in a busy commercial kitchen. The dual burner heat injection system is located below the baking chamber to provide even heat distrubution inside the cooking chambers and it can be adjusted with two heat control dampers for balanced control of top and bottom heat. The fully insulated cavity and 2″ Fibrament deck is made to retain heat, bringing the perfect crisp to your pizza’s crust. The spring balanced door minimizes heat loss and allows full access to the baking champer to easily load and unload product. Customize your oven with either a stainless steel door with polished handles or black doors with wooden handles and black control panels.
