The table’s 48″ worktop boasts (12) 1/6 polycarbonate pans for storing meats, veggies, and other sandwich fixings, and an insulated, removeable hood covers the them to lock in freshness and maintain an optimal temperature. The prep table’s 10″ cutting board provides even more space to chop, dice, and assemble.
This Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12 Standard-Top Sandwich Prep Table features two (2) doors with two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves each, allowing you to stash even more supplies. Cartridge-style hinges prevent the doors from sagging and can withstand weight while loading and unloading products. These removable, field-reversible doors come with a stay-open feature up to 120° which is perfect for times when your hands are full. The cabinet maintains temperatures of 36°F to 38°F, and fully electronic controls allow for hassle-free temperature monitoring and adjustment. The unit uses eco-friendly CFC- and HCFC-free R290 refrigerant, and its 6″ swivel casters make transport simple for routine maintenance.
