Description
Pouring a cold drink into a hot glass can break it. We’ve all seen it happen. Even if the temperature difference doesn’t actually break the dish, while I want my plate clean, I don’t like eating a salad off of a hot plate. Cold foods and beverages are simply better when they’re served in a cold dish. That’s the reason this Glass & Plate Chiller was built. With 18.9 cubic feet of cold storage, you can keep a large quantity of plates and glasses ready for serving your guests. The interior of the chiller is made of galvanized steel, while the exterior is textured black laminate vinyl. The counter-top is stainless steel with 2 stainless steel removable sliding lids. There’s 1-3/4 inch polyurethane foam insulation around the body of the unit and 3/4 inch of the same insulation in the lids. A side-mounted condenser uses R-134A refrigerant and slides out easily for cleaning. Ratchet locks are provided for securing the piece. Two epoxy coated wire floor shelves help spread the coolness evenly in the case. Epoxy coated bin dividers keep stacks of plates orderly, and anodized aluminum glass racks are supplied as well. The temperature range is -10 to 32F, and it’s controlled by an analog thermostat. The warranty on the chiller covers 3 year on parts & labor, 5 year on electrical components, and 10 year on the compressor. Specifications
