The Frigos FGV-UCRF-48 is a 48-inch, two-door undercounter commercial refrigerator with 11.1 cubic feet of cold storage. Two doors means two zones — your team can organize by protein and produce, or by station, without everything living in one compartment.
Standing 38-3/8 inches tall, the unit fits under standard countertops and prep tables. The stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior are built for daily commercial kitchen use. A 1/6 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant draws just 1.76 KW per 24 hours and holds the interior at 33°F to 40°F.
Two adjustable shelves (one per section) each hold up to 85 lbs. Both doors are self-closing with right-side hinges, and 5-inch locking casters keep the unit stable during service while allowing repositioning for cleaning.
Best for: Busy prep lines, grill stations, sauté stations, and any kitchen that needs organized undercounter cold storage with separate compartments for different ingredient types.
