The Frymaster SCFHD450G is a quad high-efficiency gas fryer system built for high-volume commercial kitchens that require maximum frying output, efficient oil management, and dependable long-term performance. Each frypot provides 50 lbs of oil capacity and uses Frymasters Thermo-Tube heat-transfer design to improve energy transfer, reduce idle costs, and support fast recovery during continuous frying. Its wide cold zone and forward-sloping frypot bottom help collect sediment away from the cooking area, preserving oil quality and simplifying cleaning.
Designed with built-in manual filtration, RTD temperature control, drain safety protection, and stainless steel construction, the SCFHD450G supports efficient workflow in demanding foodservice environments.
