The unit has insulated sides, top, and doors to help prevent the transfer of heat from the cabinet interior. It is equipped with four drawers with full extension, heavy-duty drawer slides. The refrigerated stand features an exterior mounted thermometer for easy monitoring the cabinet temperatures and can hold ingredients between 33°F and 41°F. The forced-air refrigeration system ensures ideal temperature performance. It features a storage capacity of 11.1 cu. ft.

The griddle ships ready to use with natural gas, but it can be field converted to liquid propane if that’s your preference. The Kratos 29Y-005 36″ Commercial Restaurant Gas Countertop Griddle features a 3/4″ thick, highly polished griddle plate for even heat distribution and quick recovery times, and the unit also comes with a removable grease trap for easy cleaning. Manual independent controls allow users more precision on each burner as they cook.
