The convenience of heating both plates and pellets in one unit, where separate plate and pellet units are not practical – to save time and energy. The Lakeside 7500 Duo-Therm Mobile Plate and Pellet Dispenser has (2) heated NSF self-leveling dispensers for (50) 7 to 10 1/4-in. plates/pellets. The convected forced air heating ensures even heat transfer to all pellets to ensure each will maintain safe food temperatures. This unit’s unique lid design holds in heat without gaskets, so plates and pellets maintain heat. The dispenser cabinet is fully insulated to conserve energy. This Duo-ThermÑ¢ model has two heated compartments, one for plates and one for pellets, which are independently controlled and have an automatic hi-temp shut-off. The self-leveling, field adjustable dispensers are removable for convenient cleaning and adjustment. Dispensers are self-lubricating for smooth operation. The unit’s thermostat temperature ranges from 250F-290F. All 5Äù swivel casters, 2 with brake, allow easy maneuverability. The stainless steel construction increases durability and is easy to clean and dispenser accommodates a 27Äù stack of dishes or pellets with a diameter of 7 to 10 1ÅÑ4 model’s push handles both metal and plastic pellet systems are for added flexibility/control.
