With a robust forced air refrigeration system, it ensures consistent, cold temperatures throughout the cabinet and under the pan rail. The digital controller and temperature read-out provide precise temperature control, improving performance and energy efficiency.
This prep table features a high-polished stainless steel exterior and interior with ergonomic rounded edges and recessed door handles. It accommodates up to 12 1/6 size pans and includes a 9-1/4″ deep cutting board for easy food prep. The insulated hood and lids keep ingredients fresh.
Equipped with two self-closing drawers, four adjustable epoxy-coated shelves, and pre-installed casters, this model offers both mobility and organization. It also uses R290 natural refrigerant for energy-efficient, eco-friendly operation, with a temperature range of +33°F to +41°F.
