The Robot Coupe Blixer 8 is a commercial countertop food blender/mixer designed to prepare texture-modified meals with either raw or cooked ingredients in a minimum amount of time. The Blixer 8 is an 8 Qt. blender/mixer with a stainless-steel bowl and two handles for improved grip. The unit features a central bowl locking system for easy assembly and bowl-base blade assembly with two fine serrated blades to ensure a uniform consistency, even when processing small quantities.
