The unit also has a 9.25″ deep front rail for additional workspace, splash guards, and a piezo ignition for easy startup.
Made of durable stainless steel, the range is fully insulated for efficient operation. A removable grease drawer simplifies maintenance, and the 5″ high stainless steel flue riser directs smoke away from the user into the hood. This unit meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards.
