This 32″ heavy-duty commercial gas range combines a 16″ hot top, a 16″ charbroiler, and a standard oven in one powerful unit, providing exceptional cooking flexibility. Built for daily use, it features stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and adjustable 6″ legs, which ensure stability on uneven floors.
The hot top and charbroiler provide up to 80,000 BTU of cooking power, with the hot top reaching temperatures as high as 700°F. The charbroiler can reach 600°F, and both surfaces feature removable and adjustable cast iron grates. The unit also includes a spacious oven that reaches temperatures between 175°F and 500°F.
