This 32″ heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend combines a 16″ hot top, a 16″ griddle, and a standard oven, offering 125,000 BTU of power for various cooking needs. Crafted with stainless steel on the front, sides, and 6″ adjustable legs, it’s designed to withstand demanding commercial kitchens and accommodate uneven floors.
The hot top features two 20,000 BTU burners, heating removable steel plates up to 700°F, and the griddle boasts two burners for 40,000 BTU of cooking power, with thermostatic controls that range from 175°F to 500°F. The 1″ thick griddle plate retains heat well, reducing recovery time between sessions. Splash guards on the sides and rear protect surrounding equipment, while a removable stainless steel grease drawer simplifies cleanup. The 9.25″ deep rail at the front offers additional workspace and safety.
