The Southbend 4484EE-2TL is a 48″ gas range, designed for high-efficiency and durability in busy restaurant kitchens. It features (2) star/sauté burners at the front and (2) non-clog burners at the rear, providing flexibility for various cooking tasks. A 24″ griddle on the left side offers additional cooking space for items like eggs, meats, or pancakes. The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature regulation of the griddle. Two space-saver ovens with battery spark ignition provide extra cooking capacity and are equipped with racks for versatile cooking. The unit also includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf for added workspace. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the front, sides, and shelf are easy to clean and maintain. The adjustable 6″ legs offer flexibility during installation.
