The Southbend 4604DD-4TL Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range is designed to provide excellent performance for commercial kitchens. This 60-inch range features (1) star/sauté burner at the front and (1) non-clog burner at the rear, with standard grates for versatility. It includes a 48″ griddle on the left side, equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation. The range has a standing pilot for reliable ignition and (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition, each containing (1) rack. Additional features include a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel construction, and 6″ adjustable legs.
