Adjust your food’s target temperatures between 40°F and 32°F for easier handling, preparation, or storage. You can further customize the unit’s temperature by selecting Hard or Soft chill modes, and you can monitor temperatures with the included food probe.
This durable blast chiller has a stainless steel top, front, sides, door, and interior for long-lasting, corrosion-resistant use. Its four shelves are made of epoxy-coated wire for enhanced durability, as well. The Traulsen CLBC4-R Self-Contained Undercounter Blast Chiller is exceedingly simple to clean and maintain, thanks to an easily accessible condenser coil and a set of 4″ casters on adjustable channels that provide optimal maneuverability.
