Description
The True GDM-45-HC-LD two-section glass door merchandiser is equipped with a self-contained capillary tube system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensing unit is conveniently located at the bottom of the cabinet, creating a lower shelf for easy product access.
A unique feature of this unit is the condensing fan motor, which reverses for 20 seconds after compressor startup. This self-cleaning function removes dirt and debris from the condensing coil, ensuring efficient operation, reduced energy consumption, and proper product temperatures. However, regular preventative maintenance should still be performed.
The merchandiser has a durable black laminated-vinyl exterior that’s resistant to peeling and chipping. Inside, the white aluminum liner and LED interior lights provide excellent visibility. The double-pane, thermal-insulated glass doors are energy-efficient and allow clear viewing of products. Each door features a 12-inch handle and a self-closing mechanism. The unit includes eight PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1/2-inch increments, and each shelf comes with four chrome-plated clips.
