It maintains consistent -10°F cabinet temperatures, making it ideal for frozen foods and ice cream. The unit features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling, along with a heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp for smooth rack entry. A top-mounted refrigeration system, large evaporator coil, and sealed fan motors ensure fast temperature recovery and reliable performance, while NSF-7 compliance and digital temperature display make it suitable for demanding commercial kitchens.
