The True STA1HPT-1S-1S Spec Series® pass-thru heated holding cabinet is designed to improve kitchen efficiency by allowing access from both the front and rear while maintaining safe serving temperatures for cooked foods. It provides consistent holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F, making it ideal for bakeries, cafeterias, and high-volume kitchens. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. With low-velocity airflow, manual humidity vent control, and an exterior digital temperature display, this unit ensures even heat distribution and dependable hot food holding while meeting NSF-4 standards for open food products.
