It maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F using a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls with stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. With energy-efficient ECM fan motors, top-mounted refrigeration, LED interior lighting, and NSF-7 compliance, this unit delivers reliable refrigeration performance in high-volume foodservice environments.
