The True Refrigeration STG1HPT-1G-1S is a versatile pass-thru heated cabinet designed to keep your baked or cooked food items at the ideal temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its unique design features full doors on both the front and back, allowing for easy pass-through of products. The front door is constructed with double-pane, thermal-insulated glass, while the rear door is made of durable stainless steel.
The heating system uniformly generates electric heat and is controlled with an exterior on/off switch and an electronic temperature control. You can easily monitor and adjust the temperature using the external digital display, which offers readings in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. With a sturdy stainless steel front and aluminum sides on the exterior, and aluminum side walls with a stainless steel floor and ceiling on the interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the demands of a busy commercial kitchen while retaining heat efficiently with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors are designed to self-close before reaching 120 degrees and stay open beyond that point, making loading and unloading a breeze.
