True’s Deli Case is equipped with a high humidity coil making it suitable for storing salads, meat, and cheese and keeping them fresh for the day. It has a time-initiated, automated defrost system that removes any ice build-up to make sure that the machine runs smoothly. Ensuring enhanced brightness, there are five (5) light sources with one (1) mounted on cabinet and four (4) mounted on the shelf. This full-service case has a refrigeration system which makes sure that there is temperature consistency inside the cabinet. Using 1/2 hp and CFC-free R134A refrigerant, this unit holds temperature from 38°F to 40°F. Thanks to its foamed-in-place insulation, cold air stays trapped inside the cabinet. At the time of cleaning and maintenance, the condensing unit can be accessed and slide out from behind for your convenience.
