Its interior, constructed of galvanized steel, features six adjustable bin dividers for efficient storage, with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensuring beverages remain cold. LED lighting provides interior illumination for product visibility. The high-capacity refrigeration system is factory balanced to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Forced-air cooling prioritizes chilling the top bottles for quick access. The reverse condensing fan motor operates for 20 seconds during compressor startup, effectively cleaning the condensing coil. This reduces energy consumption, maintains product temperatures, and extends the unit’s life. Routine preventative maintenance is recommended.
The True TD-80-30-HC bottle cooler includes an electronically commutated, corrosion-resistant evaporator coated with epoxy. The condensing unit slides out for maintenance, and the evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure consistent airflow while conserving energy and minimizing heat production. The exterior is constructed of black powder-coated, cold-rolled steel. To prevent theft, the stainless steel countertop features three stainless steel lids with barrel locks.
