The True TFP-48-18M-D-2 prep table is a versatile unit with a solid door cabinet section and two drawer compartments. The cabinet section features adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, while the stainless steel drawers can each hold a full-size food pan and three ninth-size pans, operating smoothly on rollers and slides.
The top of the table can accommodate various food pan configurations, with the standard setup being 18 sixth-size pans. It maintains contents at a temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A stainless steel, foam-insulated lid helps with energy efficiency and freshness. The cabinet is well-insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, and magnetic gaskets seal the drawers. A 48-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a sanitary workspace, and castors facilitate mobility for cleaning, with two of them locking for stability.
