Description
The True TFP-48-18M-D-4 prep table comes with a refrigerated base and features four convenient storage drawers on the front. These drawers are equipped with gaskets to prevent cold air leakage and operate smoothly on rollers. Each drawer has the flexibility to accommodate various pans using a pan bar divider (sold separately). The majority of the unit is constructed from stainless steel to ensure durability and resistance to corrosion.
For efficient ingredient preparation, the top of the unit boasts an 8-inch polyethylene cutting board. It also includes a top compartment that can hold 18 sixth-size pans. The refrigeration system is designed with guided airflow for even temperature distribution, and it utilizes a capillary tube system to regulate R134A refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The evaporator is epoxy-coated for corrosion resistance, and the refrigeration system is conveniently accessible from the rear for easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit is equipped with castors for mobility during cleaning.
