The True TFP-64-24M prep table is designed for efficient food preparation, featuring an 8-inch-deep white polyethylene cutting board that can be removed for easy cleaning. The top compartment of the unit comes equipped with 24 sixth-size food pans to keep ingredients organized and accessible. This prep table maintains food temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using a self-contained capillary tube system that controls the flow of R134A refrigerant. Its evaporator is coated with epoxy for corrosion resistance, and the condensing unit can be accessed from the back for maintenance purposes.
In addition to its functional countertop space, the True TFP-64-24M prep table provides ample storage in its cabinet base, with four adjustable wire shelves for organizing additional ingredients. The unit features two solid stainless steel doors, each equipped with 12-inch-long aluminum handles for easy access. Magnetic gaskets on the doors prevent cold air from escaping. The exterior of the unit is constructed of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back to resist dents and corrosion, while the clear-coated aluminum interior liner is easy to clean. The stainless steel floor has coved corners for added convenience.
