Using an R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Turbo Air TIDC-47W-N stand-alone ice cream freezer maintains a temperature range of -10 to 8 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure the product is chilled evenly from top to bottom, this unit operates with a cold wall system. Customers can see what flavors are served through the top and side glass, and the interior has bright LED lights to enhance the display.
The Turbo Air TIDC-47W-N ice cream freezer has two shelves to store products, and they are made of stainless steel for durability. This unit can hold eight 3-gallon tubs at the top and four additional tubs at the bottom for later use.
