This Cold Food Station with Lamps is portable and mechanically refrigerated. It’s got a traditional Walnut woodgrain finish which compliments an dining room. The open storage base provides lots of room for stashing your supplies, and the NSF2 Certified clear acrylic breath guard w/12″ clearance helps to slow the spread of germs. Four pans fit snugly into the 6″ well with a 1″ drain. There’s a 35″ H stainless steel work surface which is helpful to both customers and servers. There are locking casters on this station, and they allow the freedom to have it remain steady while guests are serving themselves and still be moved for cleaning. These stations are made-to-order, so they require 15 working days lead time, excluding the day of order entry. (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays aren’t considered working days.)
