The Vulcan TCM102E Electric Boilerless Combi Oven provides an array of cooking possibilities, including baking, steaming, roasting, grilling, holding, and so much more. Not only does this single appliance perform most commercial cooking tasks, but it even allows you to program many of your most-used recipes via USB. The recipes are then saved to the combi oven’s auto mode setting, which you can select on the LCD touchscreen.
The Vulcan TCM102E Electric Boilerless Combi Oven has even more high-tech features to help you in the kitchen. An ABC mode automatically adjusts the oven’s humidity and temperature for hassle-free cooking, while a JET mode gives the user complete control of all settings for complicated dishes. There’s even an ECO mode that helps you save energy (and their associated costs). When the Vulcan TCM102E needs to be cleaned at the end of the day, simply select the manual or auto clean mode to get the job done. Choose from 208V, 240V, or 480V options in the drop-down menu above.
