Description
The Vulcan VBP15-1E1ZB Insulated Holding and Transport Cabinet is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting use in commercial foodservice environments. The holding cabinet features a recessed top-mount control panel and adjustable thermostat with temperatures up to +200°F. Its forced air heating system provides even heating and quick recovery. The Vulcan holding cabinet holds up to 15 full-size pans on 12 pairs of universal slides, allowing you to cook large quantities of food for customers.
