Introducing the Bistro 4355 oven, featuring a generous door opening measuring 24.5 inches wide by 7.5 inches high. Its expansive cooking area spans 34 inches in width and 39 inches in depth, offering a luxurious 9.2-square-foot cooking surface. Ensuring enduring strength and stability, a meticulously crafted tensioned steel exoskeleton envelops the hearth and dome perimeter.
Wrapped in spun ceramic fiber insulation and requiring merely a 1-inch side clearance to combustibles, the monolithic cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest gracefully on a sturdy black powder-coated steel stand, while the oven body is elegantly enclosed in stainless steel.
Arriving fully assembled for effortless setup, the Bistro 4355 oven can be conveniently partially disassembled using the optional Lifting System, facilitating passage through a standard 32-inch doorwayrefer to the detailed instructions in the Installation and Operation Manual. ETL Listed, and proudly crafted in the USA, this oven is ready for seamless installation and superior performance.
Fuel Configurations:
– GAS-FIRED ONLY: Configured to burn either natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP).
– RADIANT FLAME (RFG): Heated by an easily adjustable radiant flame (80,500 BTU/hr max. NG) located in the rear of the cooking chamber. User control ensures optimal balance between the ovens radiated top heat and the heat conducted and radiated from the floor.
– WOOD-FIRED (W): Designed exclusively for wood-fired operation.
– COMBINATION (-W): Allows optional wood burning for ovens with gas burner configurations. Note: Adding wood to an oven with an RFG burner will reduce available hearth capacity. Please specify gas type at the time of order.
